Artificial afforestation in the area have started in the years 1967 – 1968 and so far in this area have been carried out around 2800 ha of which 2500 ha are black pine, 200 ha and 100 ha Acacia Chestnut. Only on forested hills of Ukth are about 360 hectares with black pine, which are in the form of blocks.
